Hello Bulldog Families!

Just as a reminder, student progress reports were available in your parent portal on Friday. Please be sure to take a look and contact your child's teacher with any questions or concerns. 

This week, we recognize Celebrate Freedom Week, a special time in Florida schools to learn about the principles and ideals that shaped our nation. Our Bulldogs will explore the importance of freedom, citizenship, and the rights and responsibilities we share as Americans. 

Weekly Agenda
Monday: Wear BLUE, SAC Meeting 8:15 am, PTO Meeting, 9:00 am 
Tuesday: Wear RED, Fifth Grade Math FAST
Wednesday: Wear GREEN, Girls on the Run
Thursday: Wear YELLOW
Friday: Wear SCHOOL GEAR, Girls on the Run

We do have several reminders that are critical to our success. We will continue to include these in our weekly email as we address these issues on campus.

Car Riders

• Please bring your dismissal tag every day for drop off and pick up. Remember to take it down from your mirror as soon as your child is unloaded at arrival or loaded at dismissal.
• Please refrain from being on your cell phone in the car rider line. 
• Arrival - We will begin closing the car rider line at 9:40 am each morning. If you arrive after that time, please plan to park and walk your child into the office.

Hiker/Bikers

• If your child is a Hiker/Biker STOP, please bring your dismissal tag every day to pick up. 
• Please remind your “bikers” that they must walk their bike/skateboard/scooter on to and off of our Bexley campus, and wear helmets everyday.

Dismissal

• If you plan to change your child's dismissal, this must occur before 2:30 pm at this link: https://bes.pasco.k12.fl.us/mform/view.php?id=13355
• If you plan to pick up your child early, this must occur before 3:00 pm. 
• Car line dismissal - if your child is delayed getting to the numbered pole during dismissal, we will ask you to pull up to the yellow cone in front of the car lanes, and your child will be escorted to your vehicle. 

Absences

• If your child is absent, please be sure to report this through your parent portal.

We love our families to visit our campus, and want to remind you that you must bring your ID every time. Help us keep our Bulldogs safe.
