BES Change of Dismissal

Please complete this form to notify our school of a change of dismissal for your child(ren). You must complete this form for EACH child. This form must be submitted before 2:30 pm on the day of the dismissal change, in order to be processed. Please note: YOU MUST SUBMIT A CHANGE FOR EACH DAY, on the day of the change.

Any changes for Early Release Days (January 28, February 25 or March 25) MUST be entered by 12:30 pm on those days.
