9:30 a.m. Gates and classrooms open. Students may purchase breakfast and head to class.
9:40 a.m. Tardy Bell. Students must be walked into the office.
Report absences via the MyStudent Parent Portal
* Students not in class by 9:40 a.m. must report to the office for a Tardy Slip.
*If a student is arriving late due to a medical appointment, please bring a doctor's note and the student will be given an excused tardy.
*Please come into the office to sign out your child and have him/her called to the office
*For safety, only adults listed on your child's enrollment information may pick up your child
*Students may not be called out of class in advance
*Please let your daycare know if your child will not be riding the daycare bus
*Students may not be checked out after 3:00 p.m.
*If you must change your child's dismissal method, this must be communicated through the “Change of Dismissal” button on our school website before 2:30 each day
*After three late pickups, 4:10 or later, a conference with administration will be arranged to help with alternative pick-up plans.

*Badges must always be worn on the BES Campus
