Hello Bulldog Families!
Our first seven day of school have been great, and are looking forward to another engaging week ahead. This week, we do have state progress monitoring assessments beginning. This will continue through the next few weeks. You can check the schedule for this week below.

This week, we will be excited to see you at our Annual Open House event. Please plan to attend this Tuesday, August 25, from 5:30 - 7:00 pm. This is a drop in event, and classrooms will be open during this time. After you visit your student’s classroom, join the PTO's Back to School Bash! At 6:00 pm, the gates will open by the picnic tables,  and the PTO will welcome families to enjoy inflatables, games, music, sponsors, and food trucks. It’s a free evening of fun and celebration to kick off the school year together.

Tuesday: State Reading Testing for Kindergarteners, Open House 5:30 pm, PTO Back to School Bash 6:00 pm
Wednesday: State Reading Testing for First Graders 
Thursday: State Mathematics Testing for Kindergarteners
Friday: State Mathematics Testing for First Graders

We do have several reminders that are critical to our success. We will continue to include these in our weekly email as we address these issues on campus.

School Meals

• Students will have the ability to purchase snacks at lunch starting on Monday.  You can find out more about how to add funds and place limits on your child's lunch account through your PascoONE app here.
• Breakfast carts will be available on our campus when arrival begins and students who purchase a breakfast will eat in the classroom. 
• Family lunches will begin on our campus on September 1.
   

Car Riders

• Please bring your dismissal tag every day for pick up. Remember to take it down from your mirror as soon as your child is unloaded at arrival or loaded at dismissal.
• Please refrain from being on your cell phone in the car rider line. 
• We will begin closing the car rider line at 9:40 am each morning. If you arrive after that time, please plan to park and walk your child into the office.

Hiker/Bikers

• If your child is a Hiker/Biker STOP, please bring your dismissal tag every day to pick up. 
• Please remind your “bikers” that they must walk their bike/skateboard/scooter on to and off of our Bexley campus, and wear helmets everyday.

Dismissal

• If you plan to change your child's dismissal, this must occur before 2:30 pm at this link: https://bes.pasco.k12.fl.us/mform/view.php?id=13355
• If you plan to pick up your child early, this must occur before 3:00 pm. 

Absences

• If your child is absent, please be sure to report this through your parent portal.

We love our families to visit our campus, and want to remind you that you must bring your ID every time. Help us keep our Bulldogs safe.
