Hello Bulldog Families!

Welcome to Celebrate Literacy Week at Bexley Elementary School! We are excited to promote and engage in literacy in lots of fun ways this week. Be sure to check the attached flyer for more details about how to get your child involved. Monday also starts us off with the 100th day of school. We can't wait to see all the ways our Bulldogs celebrate being part of Every Bulldog, Every day for 100 days so far this year.

Please remember that every school day matters, and it is important that your student is in attendance.

Weekly Agenda
Monday: 100th Day of School
Wednesday: Early Release Day

Only 2 more days! 📢 We Want to Hear from You! Pasco County Schools is committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment for every student. Your voice plays a vital role in that mission. Take the District Family Survey by clicking this survey link. The survey closes on 1/27/26.

NEW Information - Early Release Day!
This Wednesday is our first Early Release Day of the year. On this day, we will dismiss students two hours early. This means the car line will start at 1:50 pm and end by 2:10 pm. Bus riders will also be released at 1:50 pm and arrive at their bus stops approximately two hours early. Please make arrangements for this early dismissal time.

Please read the following reminders, and share them with any family members who are coming to our campus.
Car Rider Line Procedures
We have had several safety issues in our car line recently, and we need your help!

  • You must not use your cell phone in our car line at any time. As soon as you enter the line in the morning or afternoon, please put your cell phone down so that you can pay attention and ensure the safety of everyone around you. Even while you are waiting, it is important that you are NOT on your phone.
  • Be sure that you are driving the speed limit in our car line. Our staff are in the middle of the loop and students are standing close or walking through. You MUST be driving slowly and carefully.

    Morning Car Line Notes:
Be prepared to merge into one lane for arrival.  You can help by being prepared to merge AND kindly allowing other cars to merge as needed.
Students may ONLY be dropped off at the numbered poles to an adult or Safety Patrol officer. Do NOT drop off your child anywhere else in the parking lot.
After the car line is closed, students must be escorted to the office by an adult.

Dismissal

Absences: Please be sure to report this through your parent portal. Instructions are available here 👉 www.pasco.k12.fl.us/attendance/absence

Please remind your Bulldog of our school expectations every day.

  • Be respectful.
  • Be responsible.
  • Be safe.

We love our families to visit our campus, and want to remind you that you must bring your ID every time. Help us keep our Bulldogs safe.

We look forward to seeing you this week!
